Minnesota Vikings rookie cornerback Khyree Jackson tragically lost his life in a car crash overnight. The devastating incident occurred in Prince George’s County, Maryland, where Jackson was one of three people who died in a three-car collision. He was just 24 years old.
Jackson’s journey to the NFL began when he was selected by the Vikings in the fourth round of the 2024 NFL Draft. Prior to that, he spent two years at the University of Alabama before playing his final collegiate season at the University of Oregon in 2023. His talent and contagious energy made an impression on his teammates and coaches, and he was poised to develop into a tremendous professional football player.
